Abstract: Wearable technology has rapidly evolved in recent years, becoming an integral part of modern life with devices like smartwatches, fitness trackers, and health monitors. These devices seamlessly integrate into our routines, offering an array of health and performance data, and allowing for real-time recommendations to users. This presentation explores the impact of wearable technology, artificial neural networks, and automated real-time feedback on our daily lives. I will provide an overview of how wearable devices, integrated with advanced neural networks, continuously monitor health metrics and activity levels, and how they give personalized feedback to enhance our health and athletic performance. Finally, I will summarize what I have learned from working with wearable technology and artificial neural networks, and discuss potential future directions for the coming years.
